"Finding a proper home for two cranky old people is not an easy task, but Estelle was the angel that made it happen. She showed us that she had the important qualities we thought made our home purchase a success: Patience, Professionalism, Perseverance.


Finding a home is a stressful project, but Estelle was able to maintain a high level of professional distance whenever personal issues and disagreements arose between Jerry and me.

We found that Estelle knews how to navigate the rules and protocols of the rather Byzantine world of the co-op application process with grace and ease.

She was always available to accommodate our schedules, and willing to drive us around at what must have often been inconvenient times for her.

Most of all, she LISTENED to us and consequently understood what we were looking for, sometimes when we hardly knew ourselves, assisting in everything from price point, financing issues, home design, tastefulness, and most importantly, finding the right community for us.

She was particularly good at keeping the lines of communication open between the buying and selling parties, as well at resolving any issues.

With her 'Can Do? attitude, Estelle never found our requests to be an imposition or unreasonable. We found her to be quite patient and unflappable in a crisis.
